Compensation packages range from $18+ per hour for limited experience up to $60k yearly for top level installers. Salary includes programs based on experience, performance, and goal achievement. Job Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Installation of closet, garage, pantry, laundry room organization system Installation of blinds, shades, shutters and fabric treatments. Help[ receive, unpack and sort product shipments Prepare orders by pulling materials and staging the order. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, workstations and vehicle neat and clean, complying with all procedures, rules and regulations Help repair of blinds, shades & shutters as well as ordering parts. Working with inventory control Working with a CRM (Customer Management Software) Completing all reports and paperwork required. Skills Required: Teamwork Coordination Organization Time Management Computer Data Entry Carpentry Clean driving record and valid NC Driver’s License Great Customer Service Skills Experience in the field of carpentry or window covering installation is preferred, but not required.
