Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a motivated team player to help drive the growth and support of our network of approved installers. This unique role blends site management, team leadership, technical support, and relationship-building—and offers plenty of room for growth as we expand across Australia and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the main point of contact for our approved installers, providing support with orders, product queries, troubleshooting, and hands-on training.
  • Visit sites to assist installers with technical questions, training, and support.
  • Conduct pre-installation surveys with installers and communicate key project details to clients and installers.
  • Role expanding to proactively recruit new installers and help grow our network across Australia and beyond.
  • Document and record all external communications and daily site records in the company CRM.
  • Gather feedback from installers and clients to help improve processes and products.
  • Foster a strong, supportive, and efficient team culture.
