On the job training Paid Weekly Rare weekends Holiday pay Paid leave time Fitness program Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits Advancement opportunity Job Description Install Fabricated Natural Stone, Solid surface, Quartz, Dekton and Laminate Modify/fabricate in the field and repair chips, scratches or defects in material as needed Attach and install top mount and undermount sinks Drill holes for fixtures as needed Use hand tools; Grinders, saws, routers and sanders. Verify integrity of new or existing cabinetry (plumb, square & level) Removal of existing countertops and backsplash as needed Handling customer concerns and problem solving in the field Special care to leave the project site in better condition than the way you found it Measure and cut to within 1/32 tolerance Work to proper safety standards Physical Requirements: Ability to handle heavy materials – lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing 100+ pounds Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Installation and fabrication experience preferred Experience using tools, measuring and cutting accurately preferred Must be a team player with the ability to focus on client fulfillment A courteous, helpful attitude towards customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-directed and capable of staying on task with minimal supervision Ability to adjust on the go Self-motivate and Intuitive-wise Good Communication skills Valid drivers-license Additional Information If an offer of employment is extended, it will be conditional upon successful clearance of a background check and drug screen for illegal substances. Compensation: USD16 - USD18 - weekly

The installer will be responsible for installing fabricated materials like natural stone, quartz, and laminate, which includes modifying, fabricating, and repairing materials in the field as necessary. Key duties also involve attaching fixtures, drilling holes, verifying cabinetry integrity, removing old countertops, and ensuring customer satisfaction by leaving the site clean.
