We are looking for a hands-on, reliable team member who can support both installation and factory work. This is a mixed role: about half the time working on installations (measuring and setting up blinds/curtains) and the other half supporting production, cutting materials, or delivering between factory and showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure windows and assist with product installation at customer sites
- Communicate with customers in English (Mandarin/Cantonese is a strong asset)
- Support factory work: cutting, preparing orders, and light production tasks
- Assist with deliveries between warehouse, factory, and customers
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Provide feedback to the company on job progress and customer needs
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills
- Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) language skills preferred but not required
- Experience in blinds/curtain industry, renovation, or construction is an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physically fit, hardworking, willing to take on different kinds of work
- Patient, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude

Pay: $17.85-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
