You'll be the one transforming job sites, hanging doors, setting hardware, dialing in spring tension, and leaving every customer with a system that works beautifully. When service needs arise, you'll bring that same precision and professionalism to repairs and diagnostics. You Will Be Trusted To Install residential and commercial garage door systems with precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship as your primary focus Hang door panels, set tracks, tension springs, and configure openers and hardware to manufacturer and safety standards Complete full installation jobs independently, managing your time and materials on site Perform service calls, diagnostics, and repairs when needed, bringing the same quality to every visit Handle heavy components safely and confidently, including springs, panels, and hardware Deliver a clean, professional job site and a great customer experience on every call Represent our brand with pride in every neighborhood you work in You Qualify With At least 1 year of hands-on experience in installation, construction, or home services High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to read instructions, work with basic math, and communicate clearly with customers Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to manage a job independently Willingness to learn new products, systems, and techniques Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and carry it short distances Additional Success Factors 1 to 2 years of garage door installation experience, residential or commercial Experience hanging doors, working with springs and openers, or using power tools in the field Background in construction trades, field service, or building systems Equal Opportunity Employer Eco Garage Door Services is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
