Come join us and be a part of something amazing! Job Summary At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Installer is responsible for working on commercial and industrial projects. Duties include installing wood, vinyl, linoleum, tile, demolition, surface prep, material handling, and applying epoxies or solvents. Requirements Job Responsibilities Assess work sites to determine possible issues and make recommendations accordingly Prepare surfaces for installation by removing old hardware like screws and bolts Use hand and power tools to install flooring materials according to client specifications Work alongside other installers while emphasizing safety and efficient use of time and materials Inspect finished work to ensure customer satisfaction and the highest possible standards of work Advise clients on proper care and maintenance of products after the completion of installation projects. Ability to address small carpentry and trim-related issues including planning door bottoms. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED certificate Physical stamina and the ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds Keen attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a flooring installer or completion of a relevant apprenticeship Comprehensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques We are an equal opportunity employer.
