Position Summary and Responsibilities Demonstrated ability to work with other field team members to install fall protection systems while ensuring fit to specifications and regulatory compliance. Must have ability to be technically proficient in structural adaptation of steel-based products. Ability to work at height – in safe manner, and work as part of a team. Experience with the safe use of power and hand tools. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret work plans and instructions at an intermediate level or above. Certification of lift equipment, either have or ability to obtain Ability to meet physical demands of lifting and climbing along with working at height standard requirements Valid Driver's License and good driving record Ability to submit to a drug/background screen Ability to travel approximately 50% Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
