ACG_3462_JOB Our client is a leading securities company in Vietnam, seeking an experienced professional to drive institutional client development and relationship management. New Client Acquisition Develop and execute plans to identify, approach, advise, and onboard new institutional clients, including investment funds, asset management companies, banks, insurers, and other institutional investors. Achieve annual targets for institutional brokerage market share growth and trading revenue/volume. Coordinate with Investment Banking and Proprietary Trading teams to introduce and distribute products. Client Relationship Management Build, develop, and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with institutional clients. Provide professional client service to ensure stable trading activity and increase client loyalty/retention. Investment Advisory & Market Information Work closely with Research and relevant teams to provide market updates, research reports, and investment recommendations. Introduce potential opportunities and new products tailored to each client’s needs. Client Events & Networking Participate in client engagement events, conferences, and seminars; meet investors and corporates to build relationships, present products, and strengthen Pinetree’s brand image. Ensure clients receive timely and sufficient updates on the company and its offerings. Multi-Product Revenue Growth Cross-sell and advise on other Pinetree products/services (e.g., derivatives, wealth/asset management, corporate advisory) to maximize client value and grow overall company revenue. EXPECTED OUTCOMES Deliver growth in new account openings, market share, and trading revenue/volume in line with assigned targets. Provide professional client service to sustain, expand, and grow the institutional client segment. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Securities, Accounting, Auditing, Banking, or related fields. Possession of a securities practicing license/certification. Knowledge / Expertise Strong understanding of financial and securities markets. Solid knowledge of institutional investor behavior. Experience 5–10 years of experience in Institutional Client Development/Sales, Asset Management, Fund Management, or Investment Banking at banks, securities firms, or fund management companies. Skills Ability to perform under pressure and meet sales/revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a client-first mindset. Strong English proficiency in communication, presentations, and report writing. Professional attitude and work style. Strict compliance with internal policies and applicable laws/regulations. Strong commitment to confidentiality and client data protection. Ability to collaborate effectively across functions/departments to achieve shared goals.
