JOB DESCRIPTION

The ICG Liquidity Solutions Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for building reporting and evaluating analytics to identify opportunities that help the Institutional Client Group grow deposit levels. This will involve collaboration with relationship managers and business partners to implement strategic decisions aimed at optimizing ICG’s deposit portfolio.

This role will focus on:

  • Providing project and analytical support to the ICG liquidity solutions team
  • Analyzing deposit and payment product trends to identify key drivers of attrition and new growth
  • Acting as a liaison with other departments to implement tactical liquidity actions
  • Researching inconsistencies in data and working with partners and RMs to resolve issues
  • Tracking strategic campaign impacts and making recommendations based on findings
  • Producing monthly strategic deposit reporting for ICG leadership reviews.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 10 or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Considerable knowledge of deposit and payment products
  • Salesforce platform experience
  • Power BI platform experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions
Responsibilities

THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
