Responsibilities Position Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Institutional FX Sales professional to accelerate revenue growth and expand our footprint across APAC. The ideal candidate is a high-performing individual with a proven track record in FX sales, deep market insight, and an active portfolio of institutional and commercial clients. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who can immediately contribute to revenue growth through established relationships and strategic sales execution. Primary duties will include: Client Acquisition & Growth: Grow a portfolio of institutional and commercials clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, financial institutions, and corporate hedgers. Sales Execution: Drive FX product sales across spot, forwards, NDFs, and options, delivering tailored solutions aligned with client business needs. Revenue Generation: Leverage existing relationships to generate immediate revenue and identify cross-selling opportunities across products and services. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with trading, onboarding and compliance teams to ensure optimal client outcomes and adherence to regulatory standards. Pipeline & Performance Management: Track and report on sales activity, client engagement, and revenue performance. Qualifications To land this role you will need: 6–10 years of experience in institutional FX sales. Hold relevant certifications such as RES Module 2A, CM-EIP and CM-SIP. Proven ability to generate revenue through strong client relationships. Deep understanding of FX markets, market development and macroeconomic trends. Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and regulatory requirements for institutional clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; What makes you stand out: Regional client coverage across APAC Multilingual capabilities (Mandarin, Bahasa, or other regional languages) are advantageous.
