About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Institutional Investment Operations Representative. In this role, you will: Perform a variety of operational tasks for routine and medium complex institutional trades that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve process specific goals Review time sensitive document Support audit requirements within the process Address compliance and corporate governance issues for the department Interact with internal and external customers as per prescribed process or procedure Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve process goals Execute tasks and perform activities as per direction from leaders and understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Owning onboarding a new opportunity end to end including relationship management, request management and delegation to downstream partners. Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture Working with onshore Client Data teams to effectively manage an onboarding request Communicating the status to internal stakeholders Identifying opportunities to improve the process through partnership with other teams. Providing feedback to continually improve the process Assist with balancing team work load Identify issues with the process, create and drive a solution Develop and maintain MIS on end to end process for tracking turnaround times of deliverables from team and other processing areas Ensure and Adhere to the Regulatory Reporting standards, policies and procedures Independently research and analyze regulatory reporting requirements and other financial documents Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Up to 2 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: middle office, collateral, documentation, project management, business operations, strategic planning in financial services, regulatory oversight, AML/KYC, US tax regime & compliance. Knowledge of the following systems: Working knowledge of Broadridge, Calypso, COBAM, and CID or similar 3rd party vendors a plus. Excellent verbal, written (including drafting), and interpersonal communication skills. Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, formulas, and manipulating data. Ability to research, compile, and perform complex analysis on critical operational data. Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines. Highly motivated with ability to drive results. Highly organized with very strong attention to detail. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to work with impacted areas to understand complex problems. Ability to multi-task, perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent Interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships Job Expectations: Strong Knowledge of the banking regulatory reporting rules and regulations Advance knowledge of FINRA, QFC, Dodd Frank Regulations etc. Ensure Regulatory reporting requirements are clearly communicated to the business units publish source data reports Independently research and analyze regulatory reporting requirements and other financial documents Recommend process improvement ideas, opportunities to streamline the process Advanced knowledge of trade processing life-cycle of derivative products Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft applications including Access Database and Excel. Excellent teamwork skills Strong Analytic ability, attention to detail and strong problem solving skills Ability to communicate (written/verbal) effectively at all organizational levels Excellent Interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships Ability to plan and organize workload within tight deadlines, meeting day-to-day objectives as well as longer term strategic goals Well versed with MS Office applications (particular Excel and Power Point) Posting End Date: 22 Dec 2025 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
