Job Description Au sein de notre département Back-Office, vous serez intégré(e) dans l’équipe Instit Payment. Vos activités seront notamment les suivantes : Comptabilisation des entrées et sorties de fonds pour notre clientèle Traitement des suspens Recherches et suivis liées aux transactions ‘cash’ En étroite collaboration avec les départements de la Comptabilité, du Controlling et de la Trésorerie Qualifications Vous justifiez d’une formation bancaire (CFC) ou d’une formation commerciale avec expérience bancaire Plusieurs années d’expérience (2-3 ans) dans le domaine du trafic des paiements Une bonne maitrise de l’anglais, l’allemand étant un plus Maitrise des différents types de paiement (SWIFT, SEPA, PACS, BVR…) Précision et rigueur ainsi que la capacité de travailler sous stress Habilité à travailler de façon autonome autant qu’en équip Additional Information SQ1

Responsibilities

The Institutional Payments Officer will be responsible for recording fund inflows and outflows for clients, processing suspense items, and conducting research and follow-ups related to cash transactions. The role involves close collaboration with the Accounting, Controlling, and Treasury departments.
