Lead large-scale and complex workstreams, including conceptualizing project scope, timelines, and dependencies, tracking and reporting key milestones, and engaging and influencing project stakeholders Partner with business stakeholders to gather, conceptualize, and define requirements which will automate business processes that support institutional clients, utilizing tools including integrating generative AI capabilities Develop and execute both tactical and strategic solutions to drive operational efficiencies, translating strategic goals into measurable project plans Oversee budgets, timelines and resource allocation for multiple large-scale initiatives Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management to allow for informed strategic decision-making 5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, product management and/or business strategy/management related fields Undergraduate degree required Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to define complex business problems, synthesize data, identify and execute on tactical and strategic solutions Strong written and verbal communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Be solutions- and detail-oriented and quickly turnaround high-quality work without sacrificing speed or accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, and under strict and changing deadlines Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and work ethic A track record of success and a demonstrated ability to exercise good judgement and discretion Familiarity with wealth management platforms and vehicles, including managed account platforms, mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts, and alternative investments Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
