Company Description We are seeking a highly skilled Institutional Real Estate Portfolio Manager with proven expertise in commercial real estate transactions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, executing complex transactions, and driving strategic portfolio growth. Job Description WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead and execute commercial real estate transactions, including onboarding, marketing and negotiations. Oversee the management of a diverse, multi-state portfolio of institutional and privately owned real estate assets. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for portfolio matters. Identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement and proactively resolve challenge. Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and operations teams to facilitate seamless transaction execution and portfolio management. Prepare and present clear, concise reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or ten years’ experience managing high-volume national real estate portfolios. Extensive experience in institutional real estate, with a focus on commercial transactions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and provide actionable solutions. Proven track record of managing multi-state real estate portfolios. Expertise in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement. Preferred Skills Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to portfolio strategy.
