Business Unit Overview The Institutional Client Business (ICB) develops and maintains relationships with institutional investors including pension funds, insurance companies, industry consultants and family offices. ICB’s product proposition comprises a broad range of both actively managed and index segregated and pooled investments including industry-leading iSharesETFs, in traditional and alternative (private markets) investment products, and services such as fiduciary management. Role Purpose/Background We are increasing our Institutional footprint in Budapest and are seeking talented individuals to join our Institutional Sales Support Team to partner with Relationship Managers in the EMEA region. As such, we are looking for German speaking candidates to work with our German, Swiss and Austrian (DACH) team. Key responsibilities Key point of contact, facilitating the clients’ day to day information requirements in relation to their portfolios and investments with us Manage internal and external servicing relationships demonstrating strong knowledge of the firm’s operating platform Liaising with product specialist teams to help the Sales Support team in answering client queries, perform analysis and provide additional information Assisting relationship managers by coordinating post meeting follow ups e.g. working with business partners to provide additional information on funds, running analysis Creating content and presentations for relationship managers to use in client meetings and obtaining compliance and business approval Coordination of events, roadshows, roundtables and webinars Provide operational support to the sales process, including RFP co-ordination and defending existing investments Participate in projects/initiatives (regulatory, platform and/or client) that impact the client. Ensures relevant teams understand timely and accurate client requests Liaising with automation & reporting team to improve processes, build efficiencies and increase quality standards for tailor-made reporting Responsible to ensure that all regulatory and legal requirements and standards are met, including achieving MIFID II Information Provider status. Key Skills/ Qualifications The ideal candidate will be a degree qualified individual with at least 1-3 years financial services experience ideally within the asset management industry Superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English Fluency in German A motivated individual that demonstrates drive and enthusiasm. Willing to learn, innovate and improve Team player and an enthusiastic “can do” attitude Good organisational skills, ability to manage own priorities and meet hard deadlines Attention to detail and quality is essential A results-orientated self-starter who can quickly analyse client needs and focus on commercial delivery Ability to network and develop long-term relationships with internal business partners Strong written and verbal communication skills Technical knowledge and/or genuine interest in the pensions market, regulatory and investment industry and associated competitive landscape Strong knowledge of Investment markets that ideally spans all asset classes Experience with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Power Point Professional qualifications – e.g. Investment Management Certificate / CFA is desirable, but not required. Responsibilities

The role involves being the key point of contact for clients' day-to-day information requirements and managing internal and external servicing relationships. Additionally, the candidate will assist relationship managers with follow-ups, create content for client meetings, and provide operational support to the sales process.
