Through hands-on implementation and coaching, you’ll drive consistency, create inspiring customer journeys, and build team confidence in all things VM.  * Implement and maintain best-in-class VM standards that hero our products and captivate our customers  * Deliver the ‘big idea’ through compelling storytelling and key outfit styling  * Ensure clear sightlines and fixture flow to enhance the customer journey and maximize commercial performance  * Support the execution of trade actions, visual updates and in-store activations  * Adapt visual direction to suit local store needs while staying true to brand DNA  * Collaborate with Store Managers to align on strategy and impact  * Coach and develop store teams on visual principles and standards  * Use insights and data to position hero products and improve visual decisions     Who are we?
