We're looking for a talented Instruction Designer to play a key role in producing curriculum design, organizing educational content, and providing e-learning module creation. As an Instruction Designer, you will be responsible for developing training materials, managing curriculum creation, and designing e-learning modules for OSINT skills. Responsibilities: Produce curriculum design, organize educational content, and provide e-learning module creation Develops training materials, manages curriculum creation, and designs e-learning modules for OSINT skills Supports leading instructional development, establishes new tradecraft TTPs, and supervises training design Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design (or related degree) from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education 8 years of experience in curriculum design, creation, training content and materials, e-learning module creation, and new tradecraft TTPs, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Intelligence Community experience preferred. Instructional design supporting Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) or intelligence discipline desired. #EKS01 #LI-TO1 Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
