Description
U.S. Healthcare Services provides in-home based services to students throughout Pennsylvania who attend Charter School. We are currently looking for an Instructional Assistant to provide support services to a 9th grader near Pottsgrove, PA. This opportunity will be for in-person, 1 to 1 services, during the school day. Opportunities are for per-diem independent contract work that is flexible and convenient. Pay: $30/hr. Primary Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one assistance and encourage participation in live online sessions. Implement Positive Behavior Support Plans for student under direction of BCBA, Behavior Specialist, or other assigned behavioral therapist. Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the IEP goals or behavioral treatment plan provided by the school or licensed/certified behavior therapist. Guiding independent study, enrichment work, and remedial work as assigned. Checking class work and supervising testing and make-up work. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Experience working with children Able to obtain clearances Schedule: Choose your own hours during the school day, 7.5 hours weekly Monday to Friday, pick the days you work!
