POSITION SUMMARY

Chapter One is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and dynamic individual to serve as an Instructional Model and Fidelity Coach (also known as an Instructional Coach). This pivotal role supports the delivery of high-quality instruction by guiding and coaching a team of Early Literacy Interventionists (ELIs). The Instructional Coach ensures fidelity to the Chapter One instructional model while cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with school and district partners. This position is ideal for an experienced instructional leader who is deeply committed to early literacy and advancing educational equity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; education or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in literacy coaching, curriculum design and implementation, staff development, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of early literacy instruction and pedagogy
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between school sites
  • Successful completion of Chapter One Training
  • Chapter One and school district background and I-9 clearances
