Nurtury is seeking a Instructional Coach to conduct observations and program assessments using measurement tools in the classroom and to provide guidance on curriculum design and implementation. What You’ll Do: * Provide technical guidance to Program Directors on conducting program assessments in their program and maintain close communications regarding staff/classroom goals and progress. * Utilize measurement tools to assess compliance with quality standards. * Coach and guide educators in completion of child assessments and use of assessment data to guide curriculum planning.  * Provide monthly trainings for staff in Teaching Strategies Gold (TSG) and Creative Curriculum. * Facilitate monthly “lunch in a bag” mini trainings or discussion topics – remotely or in person.  * Full job description available upon request. Responsibilities
