Nurtury is seeking a Instructional Coach to conduct observations and program assessments using measurement tools in the classroom and to provide guidance on curriculum design and implementation. What You’ll Do: * Provide technical guidance to Program Directors on conducting program assessments in their program and maintain close communications regarding staff/classroom goals and progress. * Utilize measurement tools to assess compliance with quality standards. * Coach and guide educators in completion of child assessments and use of assessment data to guide curriculum planning. * Provide monthly trainings for staff in Teaching Strategies Gold (TSG) and Creative Curriculum. * Facilitate monthly “lunch in a bag” mini trainings or discussion topics – remotely or in person. * Full job description available upon request. Responsibilities

The Instructional Coach conducts program assessments and provides technical guidance to Program Directors to ensure quality standards. They are responsible for coaching educators on curriculum planning and delivering monthly trainings on TSG and Creative Curriculum.
