JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Instructional Coach to join our team. The successful candidate(s) will work within local Henrico County school(s) and will play a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experience by providing support and guidance to educators in the development and implementation of effective instructional strategies. This position requires a strong background in instructional design, classroom management strategies, and the ability to forge positive working relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in classroom instruction with a strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies.
  • Current Teaching License is preferred.
  • Experience in content development for diverse learning environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • A passion for continuous improvement in education and a commitment to supporting educators’ professional growth.
