QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two - three years of experience using Articulate 360 to create engaging training content in both Storyline and Rise
  • Experience using and overseeing LMS platforms
  • Strong comprehension of learning theories and adult learning principles
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong grammar and technical writing skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time, delivering both on time and within scope
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, strategic planning, organizational development, communications, or a related field
Responsibilities

The Instructional Design Associate does the following.

  1. Design and develop effective and engaging training content that is brand aligned, user friendly and reflects IGF’s core foundations and mission.
  • Creates multi-media training including storyboards, demonstrations, classroom training, on the job training, e-learning modules, assessments, and job aids.
  • Works with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training as well as to create training learning paths that support new hires, cross training and internal promotions.
  1. Use technology to create blended learning programs, incorporating innovative tools and technology to author, house and deliver content.
  • Utilize software to build eLearning content applying the principles of instructional design, learning engagement and adult learning theory.
  • Uploads, manage and maintain e-Learning content within the LMS ensuring that courses are user-friendly and accessible.
  • Assists with overseeing the LMS, providing support and guidance across the organization.
  1. An ambassador of IGF core foundations, culture and employee engagement.
  • Ensure that the culture is woven into onboarding, training programs, and employee engagement events.
  • Contributes to onboarding efforts.
