PRIMARY DETAIL
The Student CRM Program is delivering a cutting-edge student CRM (Salesforce) to achieve holistic student engagement and service delivery, enabling the University to:
You will report directly to the S360 Change Lead, engaging with, and supporting our staff community from senior leaders to individual team members. You’ll be part of a multi-discipline project team all working to ensure we deliver tangible value to our staff, students and corporate partners.
About you
You’ll be a self-starting individual with excellent work organisation and time management skills and ability to remain resilient when under pressure. You will have expertise in the planning and development of leading practice, digital learning solutions, including the use of authoring software such as Articulate, as well as being an experienced trainer.
You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment, applying a methodical and consultative approach in your work, and be motivated to deliver work outputs that are of a consistent high quality.
