What you'll contribute Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is seeking an Instructional Design Training consultant who will be primarily responsible for the Creation and execution of training content and learning solutions on behalf of our Dealer Distribution and Fleet Management sales team to support the execution of Sales Strategies This is a 12 months max term until April 2027 based at Grosvenor Place How you'll make an impact As the Instructional Design Training consultant you will be responsible for : Engage with business stakeholders regarding training and content requirements and provide SME support to help create optimal learning outcomes. Design and develop, in line with national training content procedures and protocols, blended training material such as eLearning, ILT modules, continuous Professional Development modules, workbooks, facilitator guides, presentations, videos and marketing material. Own and deliver learning solutions for strategic projects and critical compliance activities. Perform reviews of training content, utilising a structured continuous improvement framework. Conduction learning impact analysis in line with compliance, legislation, product or process changes and update training content as required.
