CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or creating ELA curriculum, with a proven impact on educational outcomes
  • Basic programming skills in any language
  • Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for purposes such as content creation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining intricate English/Language Arts concepts to a variety of stakeholders in a professional environment

  • Creating AI-driven tools tailored to individual learning styles, making grammar intuitive, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and literary analysis accessible across all student levels.
  • Developing dynamic learning pathways that adjust in real-time, guiding students from phonics to the analysis of complex texts, ensuring each learner advances at an optimal rate.
  • Working alongside a diverse team of educators, linguists, and AI specialists to expand the horizons of language education, directly influencing the learning journeys of thousands of students.
  • Transforming both classic and modern literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that not only educate but also inspire a passion for reading and writing.
