Job Summary: The instructional designer will be responsible for analyzing learning needs, designing curriculum, updating training materials, implementing blended learning solutions, and evaluating program effectiveness to support AR growth and standardization of all processes and procedures. Essential Functions: •Define and document learning objectives. •Collaborate with subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, and relevance •Create instructional materials such as elearning modules, training manuals, student guides, lesson plans, and multimedia content. •Design interactive, visual, and audio learning tools to enhance engagement and retention •Conduct needs assessments and create training s that aligns with organizational goals. •Apply instructional design models and learning theories, including ADDIE, adult learning principles, and multimedia learning strategies. •Create assessments that align with the course objectives and effectively test knowledge and skill. •Evaluate and revise learning programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with objectives. •Incorporate technology into learning, such as Articulate 360, Rise, Articulate storyline/Rise, Camtasia, HTML-based applications, and virtual collaboration tools. Additional Responsibilities: Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, English, or a related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years’ experience in creating curriculums in a corporate environment, manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
