ROMTech is redefining post-surgical recovery through innovative, remote rehabilitation technology. We are now looking for an Instructional Designer & Content Developer, who will shape how knowledge is delivered across the company. Based in the Quality Control Training Department, you’ll create high-impact learning content for internal teams and external partners through ROMTech University and the Academy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Proficient in AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Skilled in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar tools.
• Familiar with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration with SMEs and teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

WORK REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5+ years in instructional design or training in regulated/technical environments.
• Proven success with e-learning and certification programs.
• Experience in healthcare, MedTech, SaaS, or complex operations preferred.
• Strong portfolio of training assets (preferred).
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work in moderate noise environments.
