JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Technical Trainer/Developer/Designer will be responsible for creating effective and engaging learning content by designing and developing instructional materials based on job, role, and task performance.
The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs, applying instructional design principles, developing content, guiding training implementation, and evaluating training results.
Training may be delivered through multiple modalities, including: Instructor-led training, On-the-job training, Online/e-learning, PC laboratory training, Self-study.
The instructional designer will also design and develop curricula, communicate curriculum design requirements to training administration for creation in the Learning Management System (LMS), and identify appropriate target audiences for training assignments.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in developing learning materials and using e-learning authoring tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
Analyze learning needs and associated tasks.
Identify knowledge gaps and determine appropriate learning solutions.
Design and develop learning materials based on instructionally sound learning objectives.
Create engaging and effective learning solutions aligned with business goals.
Apply the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) in all training activities.
Partner with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of content.
Develop knowledge/skill checks to measure learner progress.
Evaluate learning effectiveness by analyzing learner feedback immediately after training and again within 3–6 months post-training.
