Description

KPMG is currently seeking a Consultant with instructional design background for our Consulting [https://advisory.kpmg.us/] practice. Experience: * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or an MBA from an accredited college/university * 5-7 years of experience working in the field of Instructional Design and Learning and Development * Strong skills in Microsoft Office, and rapid authoring tools such as Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, and VYOND * Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with colleagues and clients * Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet strict deadlines * Excellent interpersonal skills Key Competencies and Skills: * Ability to design, develop and deliver new age learning modalities, such as gamified learning, microlearning, mobile learning would be an added advantage. * In-depth knowledge and experience to identify, select and recommend a variety of training modalities, learning strategies and technologies for a learning solution. * Ability to apply proven learning methodologies and emerging technologies for adult learning. * Proficient in Instructional Design models, theories and Bloom’s taxonomy and have the ability to apply these in all ID tasks. * Proficient in rapid authoring tools such as Articulate / Captivate / Lectora / Camtasia and SAP Enable Now / WalkMe etc. and be comfortable with client proprietary authoring tools (The candidate should be aware of the technical functionalities and limitations of these tools.) * Exceptional design and writing skills along with strong editing and reviewing skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
