Job Summary
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement effective training programs for employees, managers, and customers. This role will collaborate with subject matter experts to build engaging learning experiences that align with organizational goals, support workforce development, and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop curriculum using adult learning principles and ADDIE methodology.
  • Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex topics into engaging training materials.
  • Create and update content for classroom, virtual, and self-study programs.
  • Support LMS implementation and ongoing management.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Coach trainers or facilitate training sessions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer.
  • Strong knowledge of ADDIE methodology, SCORM standards, and eLearning best practices.
  • Experience with content management, training software, and virtual/classroom delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel 10–15%.
