Description

OVERVIEW

At Aleph Alpha, we are shaping the future of AI with European values at the core. The heart of our product is developing cutting-edge generative AI solutions with a strong emphasis on sovereignty, ethical development, and societal benefit. Our generative AI offering empowers businesses, governments, and individuals to achieve their full potential.
To bring our vision to life, we need to successfully enable our internal teams, customers and partners to leverage Aleph Alpha’s sovereign solution stack, ensuring they can harness AI’s full potential with confidence and security.
We’re looking for a curious and tech-savvy Instructional Designer to turn complex product knowledge into clear, engaging content that educates and empowers our users. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deeply understand our platform and create learning experiences that help users succeed—whether they’re just getting started or diving into advanced features.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to understand our AI platform’s features and use cases
  • Design and develop product learning content—videos, walkthroughs, tutorials—for both technical and non-technical users
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and SMEs to gather insights and keep content accurate and up to date
  • Identify user pain points and learning gaps, and proactively create content that solves them
  • Support customer onboarding, self-service enablement, and adoption through clear, outcome-driven content
  • Contribute to the strategy, voice, and consistency of our learning experience
  • Use data and user feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and training outcomes
