In this position... We are seeking a creative and motivated Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team supporting Cross Brand Technology, Ford and Lincoln Products, Parts and Service or Customer Experience content creation. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, development, and implementation of engaging eLearning to support dealership teams. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital learning, visual design, and technology-driven education. This position reports to the Program Manager for the designated content area.
