ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Instructional Designer to join our Stakeholder Experience Team. You’ll design, develop, and review engaging learning and assessment materials for accredited and non-accredited courses, including short courses and micro-credentials. Collaborating with subject matter experts and the wider genU Training team, you’ll ensure all resources align with our learning strategy and deliver exceptional outcomes for learners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and review innovative learning and assessment materials for a range of training products.
• Design course content for accredited and non-accredited programs within a VET framework.
• Apply continuous improvement processes and consult with industry experts.
• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, promoting creative approaches to learning design.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
