We're currently looking for talented individuals to join our team. This is a 14 Month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs. Shift/Hours Monday - Friday; 40 hours per week Responsibilities Responsibilities • Work with stakeholders to assess needs and use research to create, document, and implement internal and external training plans. • Assist with revisions and provide knowledge support for assigned projects. • Create, lead, and administer customized materials to empower internal team members and external clients with skills, knowledge, and resources for self-service and operational support. • Serve as the training team subject matter expert for assigned projects, providing support and answering questions. • Identify and deliver continuous improvement ideas for efficiency and business success. • Maintain and revise all learning objects, training sessions, records, and reporting for team members, boundary partners, and clients. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify needs and performance gaps. • Design and develop curriculum, course outlines, and instructional plans that link learning objectives with organizational goals. • Organize content into logical sequences and provide strategies and resources to support learning outcomes for appropriate audiences. • Develop engaging and impactful curriculum and learning strategies considering learner characteristics and learning styles. • Integrate necessary technology tools and digital resources for authoring, content delivery, and tracking. • Build assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure learner progress and effectiveness of materials and strategies. • Use feedback to refine and improve outcomes as needed. • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and subject matter experts regarding timelines, milestones, updates, and feedback during all project phases. • Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Qualification • Experience in instructional design and curriculum development. • Knowledge of educational technologies and digital resources for authoring, content delivery, and tracking. • Ability to assess learner characteristics and learning styles. • Skills in collaborating and communicating with stakeholders and subject matter experts. • Ability to create, document, and implement training plans for internal and external audiences. • Experience in maintaining and revising learning objects, training sessions, records, and reporting. • Ability to design assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure learner progress and effectiveness. • Ability to provide support, answer questions, and deliver continuous improvement ideas for efficiency and business success. • Subject matter expertise in training for assigned projects.
