Description:
We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join our team in Richfield, Minnesota. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality eLearning courses and instructional materials. This role also requires collaboration with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content requirements for our diverse range of training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content requirements
- Designing and developing eLearning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
- Creating engaging and interactive multimedia content including videos, quizzes, and simulations
- Developing instructional materials such as job aids, manuals, and guides
- Conducting needs assessments and analyzing learner feedback to continuously improve course content
- Ensuring all eLearning content is accessible and adheres to industry standards and best practices
- Implementing training programs utilizing various modes of delivery
- Managing the production of high-quality eLearning modules in line with industry standards
- Applying simulation techniques to create realistic training scenarios
- Ensuring the application of best practices in instructional design and materials handling.
This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
- Extensive experience in Materials Handling and Quality Design.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Best Practices in the field of instructional design.
- Proficiency in Video Production, creating Interactive Training Programs and e-Learning Modules.
- Familiarity with Industry Standards and ability to liaise with Subject Matter Experts.
- Skills in Simulation Techniques and creating Job Aid materials.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise authoring tools.
- Ability to create engaging Multimedia Content for a variety of platforms.
- Proficiency in using various Authoring Tools for creating learning materials.
