ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a mid-level Instructional Designer to join our growing L&D team focused on enabling success for enterprise software users. In this role, you’ll design scalable, engaging, and AI-integrated learning experiences that accelerate product adoption and support change management across both technical and non-technical audiences.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Enablement teams to create impactful learning paths that empower users to confidently adopt complex software solutions. While experience with PLM, ERP, and other manufacturing systems is a strong plus, your ability to simplify technical content and apply instructional frameworks will be key.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Instructional Design & Development
  • Design and develop scalable learning solutions using SAM, or other agile instructional design frameworks
  • Use Bloom’s Taxonomy to write learning objectives, design assessments, and structure training curriculum.
  • Build modular, adaptive learning experiences that address multiple learner personas and experience levels.
  • AI-Powered Learning Integration
  • Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to personalize content, guide in-product learning, and support contextual help.
  • Collaborate on the development of AI-assisted workflows, in-product tutorials, and prompt libraries for just-in-time learning.
  • Pilot and refine AI-driven microlearning strategies and real-time feedback loops.
  • Enterprise Software Enablement
  • Transform complex technical concepts into engaging, digestible learning experiences for diverse audiences (engineers, business users, QA, executives).
  • Experience with PLM, ERP, or other manufacturing software is a plus, particularly in designing enablement programs that accelerate adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Enablement teams to ensure training aligns with product evolution and business needs.
  • Conduct needs analyses, user interviews, and stakeholder reviews to inform learning strategy.
  • Change Management & Adoption Support

  • Leverage communication and engagement strategies to reduce friction and increase training uptake.
