Job Description
The Instructional Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the internal learning landscape of MSX, driving the development and delivery of engaging, impactful educational experiences that empower employees to excel in their roles and support the organization’s strategic objectives. This position is dedicated wholly to the curation, design, and deployment of internal learning opportunities aligned with MSX’s learning priorities. In parallel, the Instructional Designer is a key contributor to the implementation and integration of a new Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it becomes a cornerstone of MSX’s Learning & Development (L&D) strategy.
