Able to implement industry standard instructional design methodologies and e-learning development tools to: Develop appropriate instructional strategies, implement performance measurement tools, and training program materials (flowcharts, storyboards, visual aids, participant manuals, job/task aids, user guides) Design a variety of instructional materials for traditional instructor-led courses, online programs, web-based learning aids or products, and other programs as needed. Develop materials for courses based on information provided by subject matter experts. Develop audiovisual display designs that include screen layouts and human-machine interfaces, and course support materials and documentation Evaluate instructional programs and process Develop and implement formative and summative evaluation plans 5+ years' experience in learning strategies, structured methods, and approaches to meet business schedule and budget objectives 5+ years of Instructional Design experience including working with e-learning integration standards and building e-learning courseware 2+ years of experience developing courseware using prominent authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or equivalents tools, as well as emerging development tools such as video, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality tools and platforms. 2+ years of experience effectively communicating with key stakeholders in consulting and digital transformation businesses to gather and provide information Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or writing/communications related majors or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience Master's degree in education, instructional design, or writing / communication related majors or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and customer relations skills Ability to grasp technical content and remain aware of emerging instructional technologies to make tool or technology recommendations to offer the best learning experience possible Ability to provide both detailed information and summaries to management level individuals and groups, and work with stakeholders at all levels of an organization Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to uncover root cause and evaluate different solution options Models exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills Excellent ability to work in a matrixed and cross-functional team Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success
