In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the performance of operational partners through effective learning solutions. Your expertise will drive the design and development of training contents that prepare teams for organizational changes. You'll leverage adult learning theories and methodologies to create impactful learning materials, ensuring that all training meets strategic objectives. A successful candidate will need to showcase effective project management skills while working collaboratively in a remote setting. \n Accountabilities Conducts needs/skill gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Applies adult learning theories to propose effective learning solutions. Determines measurable learning objectives for training programs. Designs and maintains training materials and curricula. Produces various delivery methods including eLearning and job aids. Conducts train the trainer sessions for developed programs. Manages complex training projects independently. Measures program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's analysis. Identifies opportunities to enhance performance through business understanding. Provides consultative guidance on learning approaches. Develops knowledge and skill development tools for employees. Ensures stakeholder awareness of training progress and potential risks. Stays updated on industry trends and seeks self-development opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience. 8+ years of instructional design experience across all organization levels. Experience in designing and delivering various educational materials. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5+ years of experience supporting operational initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong relationship building and organizational skills. Intermediate proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Proficient in eLearning and graphic tools. Proficiency in basic image editing tools. Experience with collaboration tools preferred. Proficiency in eLearning development tools.
