As an Instructional Designer, you will shape the learning experiences that empower sales teams and professionals to excel. You will design, develop, and implement engaging educational programs, courses, and training materials that combine instructional best practices with modern educational technology. Working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will ensure content is relevant, effective, and tailored to diverse audiences. Accountabilities Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments. Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective, engaging learning experiences. Develop multimedia content, such as videos, simulations, and interactive e-learning modules. Conduct needs assessments and learner analyses to determine objectives and instructional strategies. Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to gather content and integrate feedback. Utilize learning management systems and educational technology tools for content delivery and tracking. Design formative and summative assessments to measure learning outcomes and course effectiveness. Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of instructional materials through review and testing. Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in instructional design and educational technology. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning development. Proficiency in instructional design software, multimedia authoring tools, and learning management systems (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Moodle). Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM). Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information clearly. Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative learning design. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in corporate training, higher education, or professional development is a plus.
