The target salary range for this position is $31.92 - $39.90 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $31.92 - $47.88. What You'll Do: Responsibilities: Designing, developing, and implementing high-quality educational content and training materials in the areas of Technical Skills, Leadership & Coaching, Safety & Security. Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Requirements: Two years of experience in the instructional design and curriculum development field required, preferably in a financial institution. Two or more years’ experience of instructional design models and learning theories. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related field preferred. Ability to obtain Certified Instructional Designer/Developer and/or Instructional Design for New Designers within 6 months of hire date. In addition: Must be bondable. Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available. Our Hours: A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 7:30AM - 4:00PM In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
