QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional design, Educational Technology, or relevant field
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (AbsorbLMS a plus)
• Hands-on experience with eLearning Authoring Software (Adobe Captivate a plus)
• Strong video editing skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite preferred
• Understanding of Adult Learning Theory and microlearning principles
• Experience with Pendo is a plus
