The ISD supports the review, evaluation, and improvement of agency-sponsored training programs using the ADDIE framework, ensuring instructional integrity, usability, and effectiveness. THIS ROLE IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD Key Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate course materials including lesson plans, storyboards, and assessments Apply ADDIE methodology to assess instructional design quality Provide recommendations for course improvement and modernization Support course recertification and online/onsite reviews Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and instructional effectiveness Requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum 2 years of instructional design experience Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting FEMA, DHS, or federal training programs Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools CTR Management Group is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
