Job Summary: Lake Highland’s Technology team seeks an Instructional Technology Specialist to partner with Middle and Upper School faculty and divisional leadership to enhance teaching and learning through effective instructional design, thoughtful integration of digital tools, and innovative pedagogical practices. This role is faculty-facing and instructional, focused on supporting teachers in designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences. This position provides coaching, collaboration, and professional development, ensuring alignment with the Lower School division. This is a full-time, fully benefited, 12-month, exempt position. Education/Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required. * Minimum of 2 years of leading or facilitating professional learning, instructional coaching, or faculty development initiatives required. * Proficiency in using Apple devices (macOS, iPadOS) to support teaching and learning required; experience in an Apple-based instructional environment preferred.  * Proficiency in instructional platforms such as Google Workspace for Education, Canvas, and other classroom learning applications required; Google Certified Educator preferred.  * Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience within a 6th - 12th Grade environment preferred.  This position announcement is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this job title and the education and skills required.
