FULL-TIME JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

Position: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) Maternal/Child Instructor (9-month position)
Location: Athens Campus
Department: Division of Life Sciences & Public Safety
Reports to: Program Chair for the Associate of Science in Nursing Program and Divisional Academic Dean
Salary/Benefits: Salary is commensurate with education and experience. State of Georgia benefits package.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters of Science in Nursing with experience in maternal/child nursing education.
  • Current and valid Georgia Registered Professional Nursing License.
  • Current BLS certification for healthcare providers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two (2) years teaching experience and clinical practice in the field of maternal/child nursing.
  • Experience with simulation and technology.

  • Curriculum implementation and evaluation.
  • Work with regulators to maintain full accreditation.
