We invite qualified and committed professionals to join our team as a Primary Care Paramedic Program Instructor/Coordinator, based in Grand Falls-Windsor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licensed Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) or Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) with active registration in Newfoundland and Labrador
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in emergency medical services
  • Previous teaching or instructional experience in a post-secondary or professional training environment (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with clinical coordination, scheduling, or program development (asset)
Responsibilities

This full-time position combines instructional and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic learning environment:

  • Instruction (Avg 21 hrs/week): Deliver engaging, high-quality theory-based instruction to Primary Care Paramedic students, maintaining a 1:15 instructor-to-student ratio.
  • Coordination (Avg 14 hrs/week): Oversee clinical placements, support faculty and students, and manage the operational and academic coordination of the program.
