What You’ll Be Doing As an HVAC Instructor, you’ll bring real-world experience into the classroom and lab, showing students how the trade actually works — not just how it looks in a book. You will: * Teach hands-on HVAC skills using real equipment and real scenarios * Share jobsite knowledge, troubleshooting tips, and best practices * Mentor students at different skill levels — from beginners to advanced learners * Prepare students for licensing, certification, and real-world success * Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development * Work independently while being supported by an experienced education team No lesson plans from scratch, no education degree required — we provide curriculum, training, and support. Minimum Requirements * High School Diploma or GED * At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience * Ability to work independently and manage your day * Strong communication and organization skills * Ability to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc.) Why This Role? * No weekends.
