SUMMARY

Provides instructional training related to the Integrated Systems Engineering Technology (ISET) program.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/TRAINING

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology or related Engineering discipline
  • Significant related experience may substitute for education
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field or must have a Journeyman Card/License in the related field
  • Advanced communication (verbal, written, and interpersonal) and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent)
  • Ability to assess and grade the progress of students
  • Possess sensitivity to respond appropriately to the needs of the community

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/TRAINING

  • Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, other related engineering discipline or
  • Must have a minimum of five to fifteen years of experience in an appropriate area depending on educational level

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for providing instruction and preparing lesson plans based on established curriculumDelivers training related to the ISET program
  • Continually promotes students’ development and effective use of skills in areas such as critical and analytical thinking, evaluation, communication, professionalism, customer service, computation, problem solving, and decision-making
  • Maintains accurate, up-to-date records of student academic and attendance performancePerforms other duties as assigned

  • The work is performed in a normal, professional office or technical lab environment;
