Job Details Job Location: McCall, ID 83638 Position Type: Winter Seasonal Job Category: Mountain Sports & Activities Job Summary: Brundage Mountain Resort is hiring full-time and part-time Ski and Snowboard Instructors for the 2025/26 winter season. Instructors will deliver high-quality ski and/or snowboard instruction to individuals and groups of all ages in a safe, engaging, and fun environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide clear and effective instruction for assigned levels of skiing and/or snowboarding. Teach in alignment with PSIA/AASI standards. Instruct both private and group lessons across all age groups. Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and respect with every guest. Assist guests with loading and unloading chairlifts safely. Qualifications Job Qualifications: Participation in Brundage Mountain training sessions is required. Commitment to pursuing PSIA/AASI certification during the first season of employment. Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older Ability to ski or snowboard confidently on groomed blue terrain. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Other Requirements: Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Able to stand, squat, ski or snowboard for extended periods.
