About the Role SheCodes is expanding into new areas, including tech, leadership, finance, design, and AI. We are looking for a part-time Instructor Partnerships Manager who will source, evaluate, and sign expert instructors to create high-quality courses for our global community. You will own the pipeline from sourcing to negotiation to onboarding. Responsibilities Identify and source potential instructors across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, online course platforms, and industry communities. Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified experts for different verticals. Run initial outreach, screening calls, and instructor evaluation. Negotiate partnership terms and revenue share agreements. Coordinate onboarding and handoff to our internal production team. Track outreach activity and provide weekly updates. Required Experience At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, recruiting, creator management, or business development. Proven experience sourcing and closing deals with experts, creators, or freelancers. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Experience with outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar. Organized, independent, and comfortable managing targets. Nice to Have Experience in EdTech or online course platforms. Background working with creators or online educators. Understanding of digital learning trends. Part-Time Structure 10 to 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule with weekly deliverables. Compensation Competitive part-time base compensation. Performance bonus per instructor signed. Optional revenue-based bonus during the first three months of each instructor’s course. Success Indicators Consistent sourcing pipeline with strong candidates each week. Two or more signed instructors per month, depending on hours and vertical focus. Smooth onboarding and handoff to production.
